Bio:

Terry Schmidt is an international management consultant who has helped clients in 34 countries become more profi table, productive, and purposeful. Author of Strategic Project Management Made Simple: Practical Tools for Leaders and Teams  (Wiley, 2009).

Terry is a Harvard MBA, a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, and the fourth person in the world to receive the Strategic Management Professional certification from the Association for Strategic Planning.
