Anatomy of a Marketing Project
Presented by: Braden Kelley
Ever wonder what a project inside a marketing agency might look like and the role that a project manager fills? Braden Kelley will walk through the various stages that a project to produce marketing and advertising work goes through, along with the key challenges, and what he has learned along the way.
About the Speaker:
Braden Kelley, Founder of Business Strategy Innovation, has been advising companies on how to increase their revenue and cut their costs since 1996. He has maximized profits for companies in Japan, Germany, England, and the United States. Braden has a history in workflow and process consulting prior to earning his MBA from London Business School. Since then he has been building up his innovation consulting practice, but has also built coursework for others to learn how to manage projects, gone through PMI courseware long ago, and led several strategy, marketing, and finance projects for his clients (including of course Microsoft).
