PDU Reporting

Those who have been granted the PMP credential must demonstrate ongoing professional commitment to the field of project management by satisfying PMI“s Continuing Certification Requirements Program. For Continuing Certification Requirements, see the CCR Program Handbook at PMI.org. Click on Professional Development & Careers/Certification Program/Continuing Certification Requirements.

For Chapter Meeting Events:

  1. Access a listing of chapter events by clicking here
  2. Access a listing of events you registered for by logging into the members area and selecting the "My Event History" section
  3. Go to www.pmi.org. Click on Professional Development & Careers; click on Certification Program; click on Continuing Certification Requirements; click on Claim/View PDUs.
  4. Enter your PMI member #, PMP #, and password as required and click on the option "PMI PDU Self Report Form". Click Login.
  5. Select Category 3 and click Continue.
  6. Under Option 2, enter Puget Sound and click Find Provider.
  7. Click on either Puget Sound Chapter or the provider number (C032).
  8. Under option 1, click on PMI Component Presentation (One to two PDUs).
  9. Enter the presentation title, date (ddmmyyyy), and number of PDUs.
  10. Enter the remaining information as required and click Preview. Follow the remaining instructions.
For non-Chapter Meeting Events (Trade Shows, Workshops, Seminars, etc.) ? more than 2 PDUs:
  1. Go to www.pmi.org. Click on Professional Development & Careers; click on Certification Program; click on Continuing Certification Requirements; click on Claim/View PDUs.
  2. Enter your PMI member #, PMP #, and password as required and click on the option ?PMI PDU Self Report Form?. Click Login.
  3. Select Category 3 and click Continue.
  4. Under Option 2, enter "Puget Sound" and click Find Provider.
  5. Click on either Puget Sound Chapter or the provider number (C032).
  6. Under option 2, the Course Number is defined by the provider number (C032) and the date of the event in ddmmyyyy or ddmmyy or PSddmmyy format. Due to inconsistencies over the years with numbering formatting changes, it is just best to do an "Edit / Find on This Page" or <Ctrl + F> and type in part of the title from the event title.
  7. Once found, click on the event.
  8. Enter the remaining information as required and click Preview. Follow the remaining instructions.
