Project Management Changes

1)I think that the answer lies in attitude - our refusal to regress into mediocrity. Now and into the future we must find new ways and tools to:

  • Optimize resource ROI through rapid, iterative and excellent capacity planning;

  • Staff the enterprise for excellence, not adequacy;

  • Continually monitor the project portfolio for alignment and performance;
