Creating an Agile Culture

There is a lot of talk about using lean or going agile. Organizations want to adopt agile as their new methodology. The trouble is the tools and techniques are only, at most 20% of the solution. Agile is 80% or even 90% culture. For a small number of organizations this is an easy fit because the culture is close to a lean/agile culture. However, for most it is a radical change. If this change is not identified and directly addressed it can and does spell disaster for the attempted switch to lean & agile.

In this event we will touch upon:

  • What is culture and how is it formed?
  • What is the Lean & Agile Culture?
  • Can you change culture? If so how?
